Description

The Baltimore Orioles spring training facility, Ed Smith Stadium, is based in Sarasota, Florida. Hoover was engaged to install a booster system as part of the project to replace the facility's irrigation system with a greener, more environmentally sensitive operation.

Ed Smith Stadium is noted as one of the most environmentally-friendly ballparks in the USA. Green credentials include extensive recycling, use of reclaimed water for toilets and irrigation, and the use of solar panels and roofing materials to save energy.
