Our Service/Sales Administrator will ensure customer inquiries are responded to timely with clear cohesive communication regarding Installs, Work Orders, Service Proposals, and Preventative Maintenance meeting all customer expectations and providing the customer with up-to-date information as to the current status of their irrigation pump station’s performance.

What you will do:

  • Create work orders from incoming customer service calls/emails with clear work scope, contact/site access information, urgency so they can be scheduled and completed efficiently without return visits by our field technicians.
  • Engage with customers and describe the positive impacts of our field technician recommended product and service solutions in an easy-to-understand way that will compel them to act.
  • Close and invoice work orders timely with extreme attention to detail ensuring the summary is in line with the long-term solution for the station, the message is clear, urgency created, and supported with photos/flowguard.
  • Ensure customer inquiries are responded to within 1 business day or acknowledged that a solution is being worked on and estimated timeframe provided.
  • Create and follow up on preventative maintenance contracts according to automated prompts.
  • Ensure our database is updated constantly with updated customer information and notes regarding follow up progress on proposals so we all communicate a clear, consistent message to the customer.
  • Ensure repair/upgrade/replacement proposals have correct work scope, parts, pricing, and recommendations are communicated clearly to customers with sense of urgency and personal/timely follow up.
  • Coordinate equipment installations with customer, 3rd party vendors, and internal Install crew ensuring on-time completion with clear work scope and materials defined.
  • Support Sales with replacement pump station proposals/presentations, follow up, and permit requests.
