This is a gated, single-family home community built by Atlanta-based home building company, Pulte Homes, based in North Naples, Florida. Hoover was commissioned to install a pump station along with a filtration system to meet this community's irrigation needs.
The residential community is built on the 23-acre site of a former wholesale plant nursery which had been unused for about 10 years prior to the completion of the first homes in 2017.
