Our new Inside Sales Manager will have full responsibility for Service Department customer communication strategies to transform customer interaction from transactional to relationship-based providing the highest level of service to our clients.

Job Description/Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and describe positive impacts of our recommended product and service solutions in an easy-to-understand way that will compel them to act.
- Handle customer objections and escalated customer communications.
- Contribute to new business growth strategies by identifying target market groups, develop marketing materials, and coordinate communication and follow up on campaigns.
- Communicate with clients to obtain feedback, positive testimonials, and assist in creation of case studies for specific Hoover projects.
- Frequent follow up phone conversations with customers regarding Hoover service recommendations and related proposals, followed by email summary of conversation.
- Research to ensure we are communicating with appropriate decision makers; track down the correct parties if current info is not correct.
